Here, Marcelo talks about the June 2013 protests as a sort of petridish for a social experiment. He sounds optimistic when he says that the Passe Livre movement protests coming a year before the general elections can only be a positive thing. Imagine all these people having time to question, challenge and think about the outcomes of elections and what they want from their representatives.
