From freedom of information to genuine accountability

Lydia Medland is a Consultant with Access Info, a human rights organisation dedicated to promoting and protecting the right of access to information in Europe as a tool for defending civil liberties and human rights, for facilitating public participation in decision making and for holding governments accountable. In this interview from Camp Lydia talks about how to take full advantage of freedom to information laws and how to get creative when they don’t exist or are not being properly applied.
