It takes a village to rebuild a forest

In 2005 Reuben Muni’s mountaineering trip turned into a commitment to rebuild the damaged forests of the Cordillera mountains in the Philippines. Along the way, his group learnt how maps can be used to engage local communities and their donors so they are able to not just see, but also experience, the project’s benefits.
